For a 15” pizza
- ¼ cup Pesto
- 1 ½ cup Fresh Spinach, chopped or whole
- 1 cup Grape tomatoes, chopped
- 1 ½ cup Mozzarella, shredded
- ½ cup Feta
- 18 oz. Pizza dough
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Roll out the pizza dough and place on a baking stone. Spoon the pesto onto the dough and spread evenly across the dough, leaving a one-inch boarder for the crust. Next, lay the spinach on top of the pesto. Then, layer on the tomatoes and crumbled feta, leaving the mozzarella for the top layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
