Ingredients:

- 3 to 4 large apples sliced
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- Cinnamon, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven 375 degrees. Place the apples in a glass-baking dish. Mix together the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add the egg to the dry mix. Stir until the mixture looks crumbly. Sprinkle the crumbly mixture evenly onto the top of the apples. Then, add a dusting of cinnamon. Pour the melted butter evenly onto the top of the mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Best served warm with a scoop of French vanilla ice cream.
