Want a quick meal that has a sauce that is out of this world?! You NEED to try this recipe! It’s sweet, tangy and spicy all in one and it takes only 20-25 minutes to make. To add some flare to the dish you can throw in some pineapple chunks, green pepper or onion and serve it over rice.
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- ½ cup sweet orange marmalade
- 2-3 tbsp. cup vinegar
- 2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
- Crushed red pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Cut your chicken up into bite-sized pieces. Pour the oil into a pan and add the chicken. Brown the chicken. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and cook on a low simmer until the sauce has thickened. Serve over rice.
